Looking at the first two days of AAHA qualifiers

HATFIELD, Pa. – The first two days of the Atlantic District Qualifier has provided some of the best hockey of the season between teams seeking to claim the place in next weekend’s Atlantic District Championships.

Teams playing this weekend, at the 14U Bantam Major, 16U National and 18U levels, are also battling for the right to lay claim the district’s automatic birth in the Toyota/USA Hockey Tier I National Championships.

Team Comcast (12U), the New Jersey Colonials (14U), and the North Jersey Avalanche (16U and 18U) have already qualified for the Atlantic District Championships. The games will be held March 12-14, 2016 at the Ice Line Quad Rinks in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

After two days of play, here is a look at each of the participants (losing teams in red):
